Small bushy with fantastic uplifting high Review by Nicholas
High Rarity Value Quality
This is a great little plant, especially for a first grow. Under a 300w LED in a 3'x3'x6' grow tent, no training, and basic nutrients (Fox Farm trio and black strap molasses); it reached about 18 inches after 72 days (the time given by seed banks is apparently a minimum and under ideal conditions, I've learned it takes a bit longer than their estimates). It's a very bushy plant with dense, round, plump buds. The smell is sweet and pleasant. The name actually describes it well and it smells like fresh candy.
There aren't a ton of trichromes on the buds or leaves compared to the auto northern lights and auto white widow growing next to it and the buds aren't as sticky or long, but the effects are great. I took a clipping (ok, I accidentally broke one of the smaller branches while moving it within the tent) and speed dried it (I'm not going to do that when I harvest, just wanted to test potency since it broke off anyway) then smoked like half a bowl and it's great. It's a heady, uplifting, happy high that leaves you feeling refreshed and functional. It's actually The trichromes are just cloudy (no amber) so there's no couch lock or sedation, which is how I like my medicine anyway.
Considering it was basically a popcorn bud and wasn't properly dried and cured, I'm very impressed. This was my first grow and I'm one of those people who can kill a houseplant just by being in the same room (I always joke that I have a black thumb) and I found this to be extremely easy to grow, very forgiving to newbie mistakes. It likes very light nutrients (1/8th to 1/4 labeled dose) and can handle being crowded by larger plants (though I did prop it up on a plant stand to bring it closer to the light as my WW and NL are both five feet tall). If I can grow this, anyone can. I can't wait to harvest the rest of the plant later in the week, it looks like I'll get about an ounce of medicine. Very happy with this strain and I'm planning on ordering more. (Posted on 4/3/2017)
